Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 112, § 117: Effect of Sec. 116 on employees and subordinates of nursing home administrator

Section 117. Section one hundred and sixteen shall not be construed so as to prevent or to affect the work of an employee or subordinate of a licensed nursing home administrator, provided such work is done under the direct responsibility and supervision of a licensed nursing home administrator.
