Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 112, § 73D: Licensing of dispensing opticians

Section 73D. No person or corporation shall directly or indirectly engage in practice as a dispensing optician, unless he or the person employed by such corporation has been granted a license by the board of registration of dispensing opticians referred to in sections seventy-three E to seventy-three L, inclusive, as the board.
