Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 12, § 11B: Board of commissioners on uniform state laws; obscene literature commission

Section 11B. The board of commissioners on uniform state laws and the obscene literature commission are hereby declared to be within the department of the attorney general; provided, that nothing herein shall be construed as diminishing the powers and duties conferred and imposed upon the foregoing agencies by any provision of law.
