Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 128, § 30: Prosecutions

Section 30. All prosecutions under sections sixteen to twenty-seven, inclusive, section thirty-one and section thirty-one A shall be instituted and directed by the commissioner or by a person or persons specially designated for the purpose by him.
