Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 128, § 4: Trust funds, gifts or bequests

Section 4. The department may take, and hold in trust, funds collected pursuant to marketing orders or agreements as set forth in sections one hundred and two through one hundred and fifteen of this chapter, and gifts and bequests to it for promoting agricultural education or the general interests of husbandry.
