Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 131, § 44: Deposit of garbage or trash on property while hunting, fishing or trapping

Section 44. A person while engaged in hunting, fishing or trapping shall not deposit or cause to be deposited garbage, paper, refuse, bottles, cans, rubbish or trash of any kind or nature on any public or private property without permission of the owner, tenant or lessee of such property.
