Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 140, § 187: Maintenance of rink without license

Section 187. Whoever, without such license, establishes, keeps open or maintains a skating rink to be used for the amusement of roller skating or any other amusement referred to in the preceding section shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars.
