Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 140, § 196: Engagement in business without license

Section 196. Whoever in such a city or town, without obtaining a license under section one hundred and ninety-four, if one is required, engages in the business described in said section, shall be punished by a fine of not more than ten dollars.
