Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 143, § 89: Thirty-five millimeter nitrate film generally; violation of statute

Section 89. The storage or distribution for purposes of public exhibition and all public exhibition of thirty-five millimeter or larger nitrate motion picture film is hereby prohibited. Violation of this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars.
