Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 146, § 19: Reports of cancellation and refusal of insurance

Section 19. Every insurance company shall report immediately to the chief the name of the owner or user and the location of every boiler required by this chapter to be inspected, upon which they have cancelled or refused insurance, giving the reasons therefor.
