Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 149, § 38: Annual vacation for employees of commonwealth

Section 38. All laborers, workmen and mechanics permanently in the employ of the commonwealth who are within the provisions of section thirty as affected by sections thirty-two and thirty-six shall be entitled to an annual vacation of at least twelve working days with pay.
