Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 156B, § 23: Stockholders' liability for issued stock

Section 23. Shares of stock issued in accordance with section twenty-one shall, except for unpaid instalments on instalment stock issued pursuant to section nineteen, be fully paid stock and not liable to any further call or assessment thereon.
