Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 160, § 129: Relocation of passenger stations and freight depots

Section 129. A railroad corporation may relocate passenger stations and freight depots, with the written approval of the department and of the board of aldermen of the city or the selectmen of the town where such stations or depots are situated.
