Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 160, § 148: Failure to erect signs or install gates or lights; penalty

Section 148. A railroad corporation which unreasonably neglects to comply with an order or decision made under section one hundred and forty-one or one hundred and forty-seven shall forfeit not more than one thousand dollars.
