Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 160, § 173: Women or children in smoking cars

Section 173. A railroad corporation shall not require women or children to ride in smoking cars. For a violation of this section the corporation, or any officer or employee thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten nor more than fifty dollars.
