Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 160, § 215: Approval of shareholders; authorization by department

Section 215. On application of any railroad corporation, authorized by a vote of two thirds of the shares present and voting at a meeting called therefor, the department may, after public notice and a hearing, authorize such corporation to change its name.
