Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 161, § 132: Change of railway company's name; authorization

Section 132. Upon the application of any company, authorized by a vote of two thirds of the shares present and voting at a meeting called therefor, the department may, after public notice and a hearing, authorize such company to change its name.
