Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 164, § 29: Change of officers; filing of certificate of change

Section 29. A duplicate of each certificate of change of officers filed pursuant to section fifty-three of chapter one hundred and fifty-six B with respect to a corporation subject to this chapter shall be filed forthwith in the office of the department.
