Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 164, § 94E: Notification of termination of contract filed under Sec. 94

Section 94E. A gas or electric company required to file any contract with the department under section ninety-four shall, unless such contract terminates at a time expressly stated therein, notify the department forthwith upon the termination thereof.
