Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 164B, § 3: Notice to attorney general of violation of chapter; authority of municipality and department of fire services undiminished

Section 3. The department shall provide written notice to the attorney general of any violation of this chapter. The department's authority shall not diminish the authority of any municipality to regulate steam distribution, nor shall it diminish the authority of the department of fire services under chapter 146.
