Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 165, § 2A: Filing schedule of rates and prices by water districts

Section 2A. Water districts shall file with the department schedules, in such form as the department shall from time to time prescribe, showing all rates, prices and charges to be charged or collected within the commonwealth for the sale and distribution of water.
