Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 175, § 110F: Effect of federal social security benefit increase upon payment of benefits under disability policy

Section 110F. Benefits due under a policy of insurance insuring against disability from injury or disease shall not be reduced by an increase in federal social security benefits once payment of disability benefits has commenced.
