Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 175, § 177K: Acts of managing general agent considered acts of insurer; examination by commissioner

Section 177K. The acts of the managing general agent are considered to be the acts of the insurer on whose behalf it is acting. A managing general agent may be examined by the commissioner as if it were the insurer.
