Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 18, § 27A: Direct deposit of assistance checks at banking institutions; option of recipient

Section 27A. A recipient of financial aid from the department shall be given the option of instructing said department to forward all checks of such person to a checking account, established in his name, at any banking institution within the commonwealth which he shall designate.
