Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 185, § 105: Subrogation rights

Section 105. In every case where payment has been made by the state treasurer under section one hundred and three, the commonwealth shall be subrogated to the rights of the plaintiff against any other parties or securities, and the state treasurer shall enforce the same, and the amounts recovered shall be placed to the account of the assurance fund.
