Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 185, § 74: Appointment of new trustee; proceedings

Section 74. If a new trustee of registered land is appointed by the supreme judicial court, the superior court or the probate court, a new certificate shall be entered to him upon presentation to the assistant recorder of a certified copy of the decree.
