Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 19A, § 7: Acceptance of gifts or grants

Section 7. The secretary may accept on behalf of the commonwealth any gifts or grants of money or property, whether real or personal, from any source, whether public or private, for the purpose of assisting the secretary in the discharge of the duties of the office.
