Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 207, § 51: Violation of certain provisions of this chapter; penalty

Section 51. Violations of any provision of section 7 or 26, shall, upon complaint made within one year thereafter, be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
