Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 211, § 9: Records and rescripts; contents

Section 9. The records and rescripts which are made after the decision of questions of law shall contain a brief statement of the reasons therefor; and if no further opinion is written within sixty days, the reporter shall publish the case with the opinion contained in such record or rescript.
