Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 218, § 70: Clerks of Boston municipal and juvenile court departments; allowance for assistance

Section 70. The clerks of the Boston municipal court department and the clerks of the divisions of the juvenile court department shall each be annually allowed for clerical assistance such amounts as the chief justice for their respective departments may approve.
