Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 21H, § 6: Acid gas scrubbers

Section 6. All resource recovery facilities and other solid waste incinerators shall operate with acid gas scrubbers, or such other technology providing equal or greater protection to the public health and environment, as determined by the department in manner and time.
