Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 221, § 13: Assistant clerk; notice to secretary of state of vacancies

Section 13. Each clerk shall forthwith report to the state secretary a vacancy in the office of assistant clerk, and shall report the name and residence of the person appointed to fill such vacancy, and the date of the expiration of the term of service.
