Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 223, § 113A: Method of dissolving, discharging or reducing attachments

Section 113A. Attachments in all cases in law, equity or probate courts of the commonwealth shall be dissolved, discharged or reduced in whole or in part without order of court by any method provided in this chapter.
