Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 23, § 11F: Deputy director of apprentice standards; appointments

Section 11F. The secretary of labor and workforce development, subject to approval by the governor, shall appoint a deputy director of apprentice standards. The deputy director may appoint and employ such clerical, technical and professional assistance as shall be necessary to effectuate the purposes of this chapter, and may utilize any federal funds available to aid in the administration of this chapter.
