Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 231, § 85R: Boat races or regattas; liability for injuries

Section 85R. No member of a sailboat racing committee, club or association or of a yacht club association which conducts a race or regatta shall be liable for injuries to persons or property arising out of the conduct of such race or regatta in the absence of wilful, wanton or reckless conduct.
