Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 235, § 29: Levy of execution on land; personal property

Section 29. If the creditor directs an officer to levy his execution on land, the officer shall serve it as provided in the following chapter. If he directs the officer to levy it on the personal property of the debtor, the officer shall serve it as provided in the following sections.
