Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 23B, § 24A: Fuel assistance and weatherization assistance programs; coordination

Section 24A. Subgrantees of fuel assistance programs shall provide written notice of the existence of weatherization assistance programs when such programs are available to all recipients of fuel assistance, and shall provide written notice of the names of said recipients to weatherization assistance program subgrantees.

Subgrantees of the weatherization assistance program shall provide written notice of the existence of said program to all recipients of the fuel assistance program within six months of the receipt of the name of said recipient from the subgrantee providing fuel assistance.
