Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 23E, § 14: Regional offices

Section 14. The commissioner shall establish four permanent regional offices, and shall appoint at least one management level employee as supervisor of each such office, and such other officers, clerks, and assistants as are necessary for the discharge of duties in connection with such offices.
