Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 262, § 17: Execution of ejectment; service

Section 17. In the service of an execution of ejectment the fees shall be: for demand, one dollar; for delivery, one dollar; for all necessary expenses, including packing, teaming and labor; and the officer may be allowed additional compensation by an order of the court from which the execution issued.
