Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 262, § 36: Certification

Section 36. The fee for copies of any official papers or articles of organization certified by the state secretary shall be determined annually by the commissioner of administration under the provision of section three B of chapter seven. The fee for the state secretary's certificate on copies or otherwise shall be determined also under the aforementioned provision.
