Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 276, § 44: Fees and expenses in district court in record sent to superior court

Section 44. If the defendant is held to appear before the superior court, the copies and record of proceedings sent to the superior court shall contain the details of all fees and expenses allowed or paid in the district court.
