Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 276, § 97: Interference with duties of department of youth services

Section 97. Sections eighty-three to ninety-six, inclusive, shall not authorize a probation officer to interfere with any of the duties required of the department of youth services under the law relative to juvenile offenders.
