Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 3, § 29: Stenographic reports of hearings

Section 29. Stenographic reports of hearings before legislative committees or special commissions made at the expense of the commonwealth shall, at the conclusion of the work of such committees or commissions, be deposited in the state library.
