Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 30A, § 1B: Department of youth services; application of chapter

Section 1B. The department of youth services shall be subject to sections one to eight, inclusive, and shall not otherwise be subject to this chapter, notwithstanding the exclusion of said department from the definition of the word ''agency'' in section one.
