Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 31A, § 11: Revocation of acceptance

Section 11. Revocation of the acceptance of this chapter by a city or town shall be in the same manner as its acceptance. Upon revocation, said city or town shall be subject to the provisions of chapter thirty-one of the General Laws to the same extent as it was immediately prior to its acceptance of this chapter.
