Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 33, § 81: Oaths; administration

Section 81. All commissioned officers and warrant officers of the armed forces of the commonwealth and of the United States shall have power to administer oaths for the purpose of the administration of military justice and for other purposes of military administration.
