Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 41, § 108J: Equal pay of male and female employees

Section 108J. In any city or town which accepts this section, male and female employees in classified civil service employed in the same grades who, in the opinion of the personnel administrator, are doing the same type of work with the same preparation and training shall receive equal pay.
