Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 41, § 111L: Policemen and firemen; vacations; 20 years' service

Section 111L. In any city or town in which the provisions of section one hundred and eleven D apply and which accepts this section all members of its regular police or fire force may after twenty years of service be granted a vacation of five weeks without loss of pay.
