Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 41, § 125: Temporary housing assistance plans

Section 125. The city manager in cities having a plan D or E charter, the mayor in all other cities, and the board of selectmen in towns shall co-ordinate a plan in conjunction with the housing authority, if any, to assist persons who have been deprived of living quarters because of fire or other disaster to obtain temporary living quarters.
