Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 6, § 12B: Anniversary of death of General Pulaski

Section 12B. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation calling for a proper observance of October eleventh, the anniversary of the death of Brigadier General Casimir Pulaski, revolutionary war hero, in lasting recognition of his gallant and illustrious service in the war for American independence.
